The Found Network (“the platform”) is operated by F.B. Palmetto LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company. The platform connects churches with restaurants for catering services and processes payments on behalf of both parties.
Churches and restaurants are reviewed before they can place or accept orders. The platform may suspend or remove any account that violates these terms or applicable law. Verification is at the platform's sole discretion.
Churches pay the order total at checkout via Stripe. The platform deducts a tier-based commission and transfers the balance to the restaurant. The applicable commission and discount rates are locked at the moment an order is created and disclosed on every receipt.
If a restaurant declines or cancels an order, the church is refunded in full automatically. Refunds typically settle within 5–10 business days.
Churches and restaurants may not coordinate to bypass the platform. Repeated declines between the same pair, or arrangements to settle orders off-platform, may result in account suspension.
The platform's role is limited to facilitating the transaction. Food quality, delivery, and event execution are the responsibility of the restaurant. Disputes may be raised through Stripe; the platform will assist with documentation.
We'll update these terms as we learn from real usage. Material changes will be sent via email to active accounts at least 14 days before they take effect.
